Never thought about just how ridiculous the phrase "heat wave" was until the meteorologists started blabbering about it non-stop.

When did meteorologists become such drama queens, anyway? Everything gets way blown out of proportion. . . naming snow storms, making weather breaking news at the beginning of the newscast, talking in loud voices with over-animated gestures.

Seriously, though. It is supposed to be CRAZY hot here the next few days. I'm talking stay inside, do nothing, insane-o hot.
