A Day for Moms

I'm going to make a "Mom List" today. Fun things about my mom:

1. This woman can cook! Not only is the food always plentiful, but it's always completely delish.
2. She used to "Sweat to the Oldies." She'd have her friends over and they would jam out to Richard Simmons in the living room. My teenage self would hide in my bedroom in horror!
3. She is a volunteer extraordinaire--especially when it involved us kids. PTA President? No problem! Girl Scout leader? Of course!
4. Unusual things happen to my mom. She was recently visited by a State Trooper who brought her a good citizen award. Turns out the police were thrilled by the number of speeders she reports on her cell phone while commuting to and from work.
5. Mom loves Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
